Read through some of the bearing posts. Didn't read anything on this kind of noise but I suspect front bearings. I can feel a constant slight thump, thump, thump under my feet...almost like there is a bump in the tire. It goes away when turning to the left but remains when traveling straight and turning to right. Start with bearings?? OK to replace one at a time since it looks like the whole assembly is expensive? Thanks!

Did you have any luck with this so far? Does the truck wander at all? (Have to work to make the truck go straight) Is it speed related, and or does it matter if you are on or off the go pedal? IMO I would start by checking ball joints, and steering, but I need more details on what its doing.
It is a slight thump that seems to correlate with speed. Truck seems to steer fine. Does it at slow speeds and seems to go away at high speeds driving normal. I can feel it as though it is under my feet. I think it is the left side because it does go away on left turns/corners. Thanks man!
Does the truck seem to shimmy at all when you have your thump? If so you may be right about one of the tires. Jack up the rear axle and spin the tires, look for the lump, if that doesnt work try the front. Sounds like your on the right track.

I have heard the same from my front 4x4 wheel bearings.
I have had them replaced, driver's side twice, passenger only once.
If it happens again, I am going with the DYNATRAC HD kit
Lift the truck and make sure the tires are in perfect shape.
sometimes a seperation is hard to spot if it's in the tread
will normally see a part of tread that is wore more than the rest
had 3 tires seperate on the front of mine all in the tread the last was real hard to find even tire dealer couldn't find it .maybe they didn't know how
