big block?
I as well have a motor I am trying to verify. stamped on the block alternater side is C7ME-A or the E could be a F or a R, but i am pretty sure it is a E. As well on the under side there is a stamping E Any help would be appreciated.

This block is being sold as a 390 I just need to verify that.
As well the casting on the heads is C8AE-H.

Wade, there's no way to really tell what size the motor is without doing some stroke measuring or crank inspecting. If it is a 390 CI it will have a 3.78" stroke and 4.05" bores (stock).
The heads are common FE heads installed on 360's-428's.
