we're getting a bit off topic here, but i'll say this and be done. no most people don't exercise, yes many people over eat. but what was the point of this movie? if i ate a bucket of fried chicken every day for 30 days i'd gain weight. if i ate foot long club subs loaded with cheese, mayo & mustard for every meal for 30 days i'd be fat. the only reason this dude made this movie was to make money. he is not some hero who brought some unknown fact to light. i didnt pay to see his movie so he didn't get my money.
Another guy made a spin off of that movie and he didn't over eat, ate some of the healthier stuff on the menu, and did some mild exercising. He actually lost weight in 1 month.
Not off topic....this is a forum ...now what is the name of that movie?

i didnt pay either, HBO
you could eat healthy with almost the same amount of food, not exercize and be ok. you eat properly, your metabolism works great, not gain weight, and feel great.
Btw, Those egg muffins in England are served in a croissant
Super Size Me was Spurlock's movie. I am trying to think of the movie another guy made where he also ate at McDonald's for 30 days and actually lost weight because he didnt over eat.
mine doesn't lock up and steal my codes.. try fixing ur computer or getting a faster connection.. i use both my home and work computers and it works fine... which reminds me.. i need to go get my codes to enter...
there are free codes on the bags and there are codes on the free food pieces. according to the rules you can enter the codes off those free food pieces and make a copy of the piece and turn the piece in for the free food. just FYI...
oh.. and also according to the fine print you need to keep your pieces so they can verify the codes are valid if you win online... an empty cigarette pack works pretty well for this..
I had a sister-in-law who was a manager for Burger King a few years ago. They were having the same giveaway deal. She brought home 3 large grocery bags of small coupons you pulled apart for the prize. 1 Mil was the top, with lesser amounts, a car, etc. After me and the wife waded thru all the bags, we wound up with a couple cokes, burgers, and fries. The odds of winning are astronomical. jd

Wasn't my computer as I tried it on 2 different computers on different connections. It seems to be fixed now. i havent seen any codes on the bags. i have seen the codes on the game boards but you can only use one.
Ahhh the name is escaping me, but I remember watching it a couple years ago.
I read about it in the paper about a year ago.....Female did the documentary....The only thing she consumed outside of the McDonald's was water......Heavy on salads....chicken dishes.....fruit cups and yoghurts......fries only about once or twice per week......Maintained her original weight, and bp, triglycerides, cholesterol were normal or dropped a little bit......
That Spurlock cat ate the heavy crap 3X per day and was suffering for it within a couple of weeks....Is anyone surprised?.......
Actually the one I saw was a young male. I guess there have been numerous people who have shown the other side of his crap story. Too bad they don't get nearly as much publicity.
