2005 SD Instrument Cluster Cover
How do i remove this? If this is in the wrong forum, please move it to where it should be.
Basically, something has fallen into the gauge cluster on my 05 F-250, i don't know if its foam or fuzz or what. Anyway, i need directions on how to get the cover off of it to get the stuff out.

You can take the instrument cover off if you pull Gently on the black surround that goes around the light switches, radio, ac controls. Pull gently and unplug the wiring from the back of the cover. I start at the light switches and move to the right. Put you truck in N so the lever (automatic) is out of your way.
Once you get this off you should be able to take off the instrument cluster face to get the item out of there.

dam....im scared of pulling anything, but i know most of that stuff is snap together. Ill give it a try. I have wood grain (lariat). Does that matter? Does that come off WITH the black plastic?
