new tank

hey gbuys. i was on CPP's website yesterday and i see they have a tank for our 61-64 fords. i believe its a rear mount tank. thought you all might like to know.

Any links to the part. Is this one of those $400-$500 super tanks. I think the mustang tank is half the price of those custom tanks.

I wish it was $400-500. You can also buy a 22 gallon racing cell with all the attaching hardware for less then $250 from summit that fits between the frame rails if you don't want to go the mustang tank route. http://www.classicperform.com/NewPro...s/GasTanks.htm

ya its one of those custom fabbed aluminum tanks that goes in between the fram rails under the bed. prolly the reason for the "give me lots of money" price tag is cause its acustom tank and its made out of aaluminum.

The ones I posted are for stainless steel. I didn't find the aluminum ones.

Thanks for the link. Think I will go a different route. I think I will drop that much for the new rack an pinion power steering setup before I would spend that much on a tank though.
