I found this is the Nov issue of National Fisherman. It works for gas or diesel oil. It is a test strip for your engine oil. Put a coupla drops off your dip stick on the test strip and it will tell you if you have antifreeze in your oil, water in your oil, raw fuel or just worn out oil.
