US Riders. They cater to equestrian haulers, and service all size trailers. I've timed them compared to AAA (who won't service a vehicle with a trailer) and they are a wee bit slower, but they'll tow a 20000lb horse trailer 50 miles for free.

That's true only if you are considering the basic AAA membership. I use the AAA "Plus RV" membership, which is about $30 more a year. They will tow me(and my trailer) up to 100 miles up to 3 times in a year, and will also service RV tires.
My wife broke down in my POS Blazer in northeast Ohio with a motorcycle on a trailer. They hauled the Blazer, the motorcycle, and the trailer seperately to a shop.
I have Boat U.S. Insurance on my Boat and it covers the trfailer and the truck while towing the boat trailer. Maybe something like that would be nice... It is not an add on with Boat U.S. as long as you have boat insurance. Pretty good feature I think.
There was some exclusion in AAA's RV policy that made it useless to equestrians... Plus, US Riders will help you find vets, overnight stabling, etc, which AAA won't do. And they'll pay for it, to a certain level, which is amazing. Its not terribly cheap, but its not terribly expensive either. DEFINATELY a very good value, if you do any significant horse hauling.
5 year 70Kmile roadside assistance came with the new F350 - and similar coverage on the wife's Escape when we put the extended warranty on it. Also have roadside assistance with State Farm as part of the policy coverage.

Again I ask do they cover trailers? :P I'm pretty sure State Farm mimics AAA as far as the "we won't touch trucks with trailers" policy. If not, it'd be a lot cheaper to use State Farm since it only costs $4/year! US Rider costs me $100/yr.
My AARP Roadside towed my truck and trailer....hooked onto truck with the trailer in tow....twas a long time ago rho...had different truck AND a tow along trailer (not 5th wheel).
Will AARP (or any other company) tow you if you have payload in the bed of your truck?
I found out the hard way that AAA won't do it so I need to cancel membership. I'm looking for roadside assistance coverage for my F-350 diesel. I'm usually carrying a load of firewood. None of the loads are ever higher than the bed rails.
Finally got a moment to check the roadside assistance card (FORD) that came with the new truck - it says that if roadside assistance is needed while towing a trailer, towing is covered up to $100 per incident.
