Hellwig Sway Bars..

I'm looking into getting a set of these swaybars since my truck comes with zero stock and I would like to make her corner better.

My question is, for the front it lists three different bars - all the same size. I just need to know how to tell if I have a curved front crossmember or a non-curved front crossmember. This is what the engine sits on correct? It sure looks curved to me.. this is the truck in my sig, btw.

A few more things,
1. Will these install with just basic hand tools or do I need to be able to lift the truck off the ground or anything?
2. I plan on lowering the front of my truck 1" from stock and 2" in the rear - will this cause any interference with the sway-bars? ( I've been told that I have big-block springs in my truck because it fairly level instead of raked and the tires wear on the outer edge. So in reality it's 1" from stock but 3" from where it is now.)
3. Do I need different shocks to lower it that mildly?

Thanks guys.

The front cross member is the one the engine sits on and I would think you could tell if your cross member is curved or not. My 77 F150 is very much curved, I think it drops ~ 6" from where it attaches to the frame rails to the center of the cross member. The Hellwig site says you should only need hand tools to attach the sway-bar, but you may need to drill some holes depending on your application. You should not have to jack up the truck as long as you can get under it OK, but you may need to lift up each side a little to attach the end links.
I didn't see any prices on Hellwig's website, how much are they getting for there swaybars?

Thanks for the help. I think I pretty much figured it out properly. I shoulda tried harder, lol. But as far as lowering and stuff I think it'd be alright.. I hope.

I ran the Hellwig on my 77 and it was easy to install. I had to drill two mounting holes in the frame. Otherwise it was just a bolt on. It did make a difference on hard cornering. Unfortunately I replaced my Dana 60 rear with a Sterling and guess what? The darn rear end is too big for the stabilizer, so I had to take it off.

Oh well I guess I will clean it up and put it on ebay. It will be a bugger to box up and ship. The darn thing is big and heavy.
