Bank 1 running lean?

Bank 1 running lean?
Hey guys maybe you can help me out? I have an 2002 HD the check engine light came on and it read bank 1 running lean so the odvious thing to do was to change the both o2 sensor on bank 1 and rest. It has come back with a new one as well bank 1 & 2 running lean. But, the gas mileage is the same before all this happened.
