Melling Camshaft

I'm looking at a new Melling MTF-5 Camshaft on ebay...the specs are Duration at .050, Int. 204, Exh. 214, Adv. duration Int. 280, Exh. 290. Valve lift Int. .448. Exh. .472, Center lobe Int. 107 Exh. 117. ........It says it's only for 1962-1985...does that make the cam a solid roller or Hydraulic Flat tappet?Thanks

Also...will it work on my 1995 5.0?

I think your 95 5.0 might be a roller cam. Might want to find out beforehand by pulling a valve cover and removing a pushrod to measure. If it measures ~6.25" it has a roller cam in it. 6.87" is a flat tappet cam. I just ordered this cam to put in my 5.0 since I have the old firing order small lift cam (.380intake, .395exhaust):

It's also speed density friendly with teh lobe seperation (115*)
