I might be the only one in the world that is a big fan of Kid Rock. I have listened to him for a long time now... since I was 12. My parents loved having a 12 year old listening to his earlier stuff. I have every one of his CDs and all kind sof other stuff. He is my favorite artist or whatever you want to call it because he always switches it up. Some songs are hardcore metal, some are rock, some are country, some are rap, and then everything inbetween. With that being said, his new CD is great! It might be one of my favorites. Anybody else buy it? What do you think of it? I didn't really like it the first time I went through the CD, but now that I've listened to it 6 times, I'm really starting to like it. Still not as good as Cocky yet, but it's growing on me.
I like Kid rock and I've got the CD but I can't really decide if I like it or not. It seems to me like its a little mellow, and at the time I listened to it I wasn't in the mood for anything even remotly mellow. I'll have to go through it again one day when I'm felling kinda mellow and then decide.
my name is kidddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd ddddddddddd rockkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
love that song,
i didnt even know that he had another album out, great lifting music
Devil Without a Cause still has a permanent home in the CD player. Since then it's kinda been hit and miss with me anyways. I will give his new one a good spin and see. I like the music to So Hot, but the lyrics are a joke. IMHO.
He should stay away from the rapping and do more the the southern rock/ heavy sound.
Man, you guys are making me feel old mentioning how old you guys were when Snoop and Rock's debuts came out!
Cowboy might just be my favorite song of all time, mostly because I loved the video when I was younger. The '78 Trans Am and black Peterbilt made it. I love Smokey and The Bandit, so it was a great knockoff!
I'm a fan of him as well. The only CD I have is the one with the middle finger on it (Pretty lame way of describing it...but I dont know the album name). I would love to hear some songs off of his new one before I buy it though. Hopefully it's nothing like Metallica's F-up like St. Anger...
I love Kid Rock, and I'm an old gal. Saw him live in '99 when Joe C. was still alive, awesome show! Have only heard one song off the new CD though, and I like that,
Have to drive to the city to get the un-edited version of anything. We only have wally-world here and everything is the 'g' version.
I have the last 4 he put on the market. Cocky and Devil without a cause are in the Cd player mostof the time. Going to have to go inot town as well to get the new one.
A stripper was dancing to so hott the other night....kinda like the song (and the girl).....
What do you think about all the religious refrerences? Do you think it is all just to go with the title of Rock N Roll Jesus or is this really how he is now? I think it is a brilliant move for the songs to go along with the title. I really like this CD more everytime I listen to it.
