I also got the NAV unit. Worked great from California to Alaska. Even in Canada.
I believe the NAV unit is the OEM version from Pioneer. It looks like they might have a back up camera that works on there regular products. I'm going to try and look into seeing if it will work on the Ford Version.

Yes, I like the Nav unit, I had/have a Garmin that I think is a little better on the map detail, but the Ford unit is nice and I like it integrated in the truck and not sitting on the dash.

If you find anything out about the camera let me know.

We picked ours up on Columbus day, dark copper KR with pretty much every option. We love it & are finally towing well within the trucks ability. We are getting 1.5 mpg less then with our 05 f-350 cc drw with 3.73, so considering how much more truck we got & with the 4.88 gears I have no complaints. About Regen's, if you drive mostly highway the exhaust is hot enough to burn off the soot on the filter, but if you idle alot you will get more active regens & use noticeably more fuel. My advice is it is always better to have a truck that can tow more then you need because you never know what you might have to pull. Besides it's always easier to down grade if you feel you have too much truck. Also get the factiry nav unit it works really well. So overall my wife & I are very happy with this truck. BTW, if you really need to drive something that gets great mpg try a vw jetta tdi, 40 plus around town & 61 on the highway, the money we save in fuel pays for the truck.

Just picked up my King ranch f-450 two tone green on tan with 4.30 gears, With almost every option but the rear view camera system. It tows my 37' Fifth wheel effortlessly gets about 8 mpg but i didnt buy it for effeciency, just upgraded from a 04 dodge ram 3500,(I say upgrade because the dodge was stolen) love the cummings motor but after 4 hours in the drivers seat it almost felt like you need a back re-alignment, This is my first FORD and everything seems to be working well.

Best of luck to you with the new truck. King Ranch rocks and I am sure you will enjoy that truck for many hours of happy towing.

My 450 now has 11,000 trouble free miles on it. Drove 500 miles yesterday pulling our 42' fifth wheel. Another 1100 miles today not pulling (Tampa to Harrisburg) Good thing I dont need a log book. Love the nav unit sat. radio and every other option on this truck. BY the way the combined weight is 28,500#. Pulls like a dream and stops on a dime. 4:30 rear end.
