Bug Shield
I have tried to find a bug shield fo my 1977 F-100 XLT for a long time. Still no luck. Can anyone help? I am so new to this site that I do not navigate well so if you can help, please E mail me at Dajudge51@charter.net. I live in Clarksville,Tennessee. Thanks for any help.

I can talk the little woman into gettin rid of this bugshield, I don't like it, makes opening and closing the hood difficult. I don't think they make bug shields for these anymore?

They are made by a company by the name of LUND ....that calls them : Deflecta-shield

They were an aftermarket item during the Highpoint of these trucks life
The market dried up in the early 90's.
Your best bet to find one !
Watch for a swap meet in your area and scour every vendors table for one.
Get there early.
You also never mentioned a colour.
Smoked or clear are out there somewhere for sure

I talked to the little woman, she does not like the one on her truck (the one pictured) so I have permission to get rid of it.

Larry; I couldn't find one in Mac's and I don't think NPD sells them, check your NPD catalog to verify my thought. 429F150 is right on about lmc having them @ 79.95 plus s/h on page 62 of thier catalog. I didn't find one under Lund. But that doesn't mean there not listed.
