new engine for a E150
Hey Fordsters!
I've got a '90 E150 with a 300ci/4.9l I6. The engine is slowly becoming a propane powered paper weight attached to a C6.
The rest of the Van is in great shape and I'd just like to swap out the engine.
Of course, another 300 would be straight bolt-on but what are my options?

Another 300 is the best and most practical choice... a 302 V8 is an easy swap, you will need the computer and wiring harness for a 302 V8. You'll need to find mounts, exahust, and all necessary bracketry to make things work, your accesories should be the same.
