Noise in neutral

Noise in neutral
Hey guys,
I just bought a 95 F350 powerstroke with a five speed about two monthes ago. So far i have cracked 3 slaves put in a new clutch master, and now have put in a solid mass flywheel conversion. I put the clutch kit in sunday and once you let the clutch out in neutral it makes a loud noise coming from what seems to be the clutch. I realize the kit is supposed to be louder but it just doesn't sound right. If I bring up the rpms a little bit it goes away or if i push the clutch in. Every thing else feels fine great shifts more pedal then the old dmf but now i have this noise.
Any ideas would be great. Thanks

bad throwout bearing? did u replace it?
bad input shaft bearing?
also, i cant remember, but does it have a pilot bearing/bushing? did u replace that, or even put one in?
