Bought an Eaton m90 supercharger from a Thunderbird to try on my 94' F150 4.9l 300. I know it isn't the greatest choice for the engine, but it was cheap and would still be worth doing. I'd like to run 10psi from it and possibly add an intercooler later on. I'm going to see how EEC responds with the stock injectors but will probably switch to 19lbs eventually. I'd like to stick with the stock SD EEC so if it responds too erratically I suppose I will have to reprogram it. It should be exciting.

Unfortunetly, your going to have a host of problems without doing more than just adding the SC. The stock programming just can't handle what your proposing to do.
Second thing that comes to mind is: The stock 1 BAR MAP sensor will be max'd/out of range as soon as you have actual boost as a starting point.
Third thing is: The stock fuel delivery isn't set up to boost reference increased delivery.
The single biggest hurdle to overcome is the programming. I've yet to find anyone that has gone through the hassle of cracking the tables for any of the SD 300. You'll probably be better off going with an aftermarket ECU like the new one from Accel DFI. Be prepared to shellout a minimum of $1200 for a unit to run your engine.
With engine management handled the rest is doable. Without it...
