Header question...
Hi, Im new to the forum and have a quick question. Has anyone ever heard of using mustang 5.0L shorty (equal length) headers on a F150 (1991) 4x4 with a 5.0L? I have a set gathering dust in my garage that I could put to good use. Im not worried about connection to the Y-pipe, just fit. Thanks, Joe

NO, but I bought a set of HOOKER headers "shorty" style for my 94 F250, and I still had to do some modification to keep header from touching the frame, the driver side shouldnt be a problem, its the passanger side that may take some rigging, the heater core, and the frame is very close, I guess the only way is to go to a Performance store and get them to pull a set of headers for ur truck, and then u can compare, or just try it, but I think I would try to compare the two, w/ my eyes first.
