Your answer was good enough. Welcome. I glanced at your profile and saw the following words... These are some good folks.

On edit. The thread had already been hijacked. You just smushed it around a little more. Create a new thread an introduce yourself.

Yep, that is it. I show you as a member, as does your profile. I don't know why the program asks that silly question - all I do is check that you live in our area, and process your application. No one living in our area has ever been turned down.

Welcome aboard!

Soundsl like your set for Halloween this year. I think I'll go as a mad scientist. Wife might go out as geisha. We'll have to see if we can pull it off.

As far as my weekend to close the loop there. We'll we got that motor on the frame. After - Bolting transmission(was supposed to be done), checking the roller rocker(didn't like the way it looked), selling golf clubs (out of the back of my Firebird to the guys...he, he, he....), squeezing the header in (nothing but a thing),Planning location for the accusump(custom work will need to be done), and going to lunch.

So, we might not have gotten as far a long as I thought we would but, I made them double check the torque converter/flexplate bolts.(Don't want it to come apart on me and cut off my legs). This wasn't our day for focus ... but, we had a lot of fun. We had a lot of catching up ..... so, it's all good........ NOW GUYS, GET BACK TO WORK !!! lol ;-)

The old motor -

The new motor -

The old interior -

The new interior ???? - LOL, I have my work cut out for me. Flat screens, computer, electrical center and gauge panels. Dang guys, why can't they leave well enough alone. They are always pushing me. he, he, he .....

We'll have her together soon enough.... It will just take me a few late night / early mornings this winter.... That's what the guys like about me. Nightowl.... can work when they can't.

Hope I'm not taking your new member thread too sideways.... just letting you know what I was up to this weekend.

Now it looks like you have to catch up... slacker

If you got to fill and sand your body, I'll pass on the pictures! Maybe one of your wife?

You guys are nuts, just like me. Man that car looks totall ****, what kind of budget you guys have? looks like none from the pics. I understand the night owl, Im a contractor and when there is no work I find stuff to do in the shop. Anything is better than spending a day w/ the wife indoors.
