Build Sheet Questions
Just got my build sheet......

117" wheelbase for those that wonder about their 92 Flaresides.

4 things I wonder about:

Deluxe Insulation package
Super Cooling package
Handling package
Power Equipment Group.

Anyone know what these consisted of in 92?

It's build sheet madness around here! Look what I've started!

Your super cooling package is going to include an auxiliary trans cooler and larger radiator (4 core I believe). The handling package includes front and rear sway bars, and possibly other things... And I'm assuming the power equipment package includes stuff like power windows, door locks, mirrors, etc.

My build sheet says that I have a 113" wheelbase. I have a single cab, 8ft bed. Doesnt this seem a little small for a truck with an 8ft bed?

yeah, that sounds like the right length for a short box regular cab.

No its not a short box is a long bed, 8ft.

My truck started out as single cab short box and it shows 117" wheelbase on the build sheet.

yeah, I know that you have a 8ft bed, but 113 inches sounds to me like that should be a short bed. I understood what you said, 113 just seems short for your 8ft bed. haha, kinda just said the same thing twice, oh well 113 might even be bronco length - i dont know.

A Jeep wrangler unlimited (the longer one) has a 116 inch wheelbase. I think i regular cab longbox truck is longer than that, I dont know.

Maybe it was a typo. Maybe it should be 123 or 133? Im going to measure now.

Just about as funny as the frostbite I got from being in the freezing rain for all of 30 seconds while I measured it. Stupid PA weather it was 90 yesterday. Lol.

yeah, its starting to cool off here too. (ND) I am pretty sure that a regular cab longbox and a Supercab shortbox have the same wheelbase (133) Can anyone back that up?
