Have you checked your fuel pressure? Do you run your truck until it's on fumes? Check voltage at the fuel pump, check your connectors to make sure nothing is melted(ing) and causing problems. Are you changing your fuel filter regularly? What kind of time period have these three gone in? If you know someone who has one or know where you can get one cheap get a fuel volume checker. If you have a partially blocked line or something that causes that pump to work harder all the time it could be over heating and that could be causing it to give up the ghost.
One other culprit may be the fuel pressure regulator, however like L&Psaid a lot of times a wire starts breaking down when hot and starving a electric motor for voltage and they can't stand that for long.Check voltage and look for too much fuel pressure putting a strain on the pump.
Sounds like bad parts, hate to say it but go to ford for next fuel pump sometimes there are updated harnesses that go with the pump from previous problems, which was my case when I replaced the pump in my truck. Also in addition to the above mentioned check the gas tank itself for contaminents that can damage the fuel pump bearings. Running the truck on fumes is very bad on fuel pumps as they use the fuel as a lubricant in the motor bearings.
