SCS Bed as trailer

So a guy 2-3 blocks away from me has a SCS bed that he turned into a trailer.

I've been eyeing it for almost a year now. He's a Chebby guy and prolly doesn't even know what he has.

Really good shape. 73-76 (no gas doors). Still has all the trim on it.

I'm tempted to buy it as an investment but I don't need anymore junk littering up my yard.

What would this fetch on the market? Should I?

i've seen beds like that in good shape sell for $1500-$2000 at the carlisle car shows, I'd try to buy if i were you

Yes, buy it if the price is reasonable. At least it would make a nice looking trailer to match your truck...

Buy it if you can get it cheap enough. Bring a copy of the local cheapo penny saver type paper. Have dinky trailers marked, show him the going prices.
