I'm new here, and this is my first post, I hope it's in the right place.... I own a '99 E-150 Club Wagon with a 5.4L. There is a ton of aftermarket parts for the F-series, however it is nearly impossible to find parts for my E-series.... How similar are the two engines? Can I use things like F-series headers, etc. I am looking to increase the performance a little bit.... I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
