Front end Question?
Hello everybody it's been a while. Does a 1976 ford F250 have a solid front axle or a independent? If it does will it fit into a 1990 F250? I found the whole truck for sale in the paper for $750 with a plow. Thanks in advance.

Solid front axle. Spring perches are different so they would have to be moved, and I think the driver's side might be cast so you may be out of luck.
However, a lot of those trucks had Dana 44's in them, which is not nearly as desirable as a Dana 60. It depends on what you want to do with the truck.
