i thinks its time
i think its time to sell my stroker. trans is messin up and i really want a real truck. i'm prolly gonna go test drive a d-max sometime this week. i'm tired of my underpowered sluggish truck. and the tranny goin out doesn't help the situation any.

But anyways... good luck w/ the D-max hunting. Great city truck w/ IFS.

well i like my truck. i think its gorgous but d-max is the best out right now. the fords do look better but dang them duramax's are fast. if i don't trade i guess i'll just get a bts trans. 4000 aint that much i guess

What I see here is a man waiting for someone to tell him not to sell his truck but to upgrade. If you like your truck then get the BTS and go from there. Stick with what you know you like and make it a beast. Just my 2 cents.

well i got the intake and exhaust and a chip. if i get the trans i'm definately sellin my edge and gettin a dp. the truck only has 92000 miles on it. i guess i'm just venting due to my trans pukin out on me

We've all been there. I'm still waiting on my trans to take a dump and to do the BTS trip, but she keeps on shifting. It's a good problem I know.
The D-max's are great, but i guarantee you won't find one for cheap and who wants to buy a Stroker with a shot tranny? At 92k, keep it, go to BTS and order a DP and dust some D-max's.
You're sluggish powerstroke will be no longer and you'll still have the BEST truck.
