WOW was just searching for some V10's in the KC area. I had to expand my search area to find some and I found a dealer in Nebraska has 35 2008 V10's !!!!
That's right 35 of them beauties......
Only bout a 3 hr drive from me....
I need to talk to better side about a road trip this weekend. Its half way to her moms house.....Now If I can only get her to stop...
Make sure most of them arn't stripped down contractor trucks or chassis cabs. Lots of larger businesses around my area have stipped down V10 SDs in there fleet for work trucks.
Yes, it was woodhouse. I went back and searched the web site again and they have a total of 112 V10's with pictures! Only 5 are flat or chasiss cabs.
37 crew cab short box, 13 used the rest new.
Man this dealer is loaded with the good stuff
In my opinion, spec out exactly what you want in a Super Duty, take those same specs to 3 area dealers comparing their prices, then pick the best bid and order it. You will be much happier than buying off a lot something that "almost" fits the bill, but never will be quite exactly what you wanted, but your money will be spent. And if it is V-10, then by all means get the 4.30 gearing.
I live in Omaha and this is where i bought my 99 250CC SB 4x4 within the last couple months I got mine with 82000 for 11000, it just an XLT (no leather or fancy stuff to mess up)
If you go there you'll be surprised how many trucks they have. I think it was last year they sold the most f-series in the country. Real easy to deal with. My wifes used explorer we bought i said i could feel something in the brake pedal - free brakes and new rotors all the way around before we took it home. Give them a call.
