Help Quick!!
i have a 1992 f-150 4wd with a 351. i am doing a tuneup and i snapped a plug off where the white part meets the metal part for the socket (sorry for lack of terms) while i was removing the old one. i got it out and didnt think there was a problem but when i went to put the new one in, it is cross threading the new plug and i cant get it started. i need the truck to run within 2 hours bc i need to get to work and itts my only vehicle. is there any way to fix it quickly? thanks in advance.

it was the plug hole threads. i ruined 2 spark plugs trying to get it started. they would catch and then break loose. i ended up borrowing my neighbor's truck and flying down to my mechanic's shop and he lent me one of his plug hole reamers. (that guy is gettin a fruit basket or something. he's a godsend). i got the plug hole rehtreaded and the new plug in. it seems to be running fine now so i'm just gonna baby it till the end of the week and have him finish it correctly. thanks for the replies fellas! im off to work.

definitely. this is a used truck i bought 2 months ago, so i have no idea what or any maintenance the last guy did. (obviously not a lot). i'm just trying to get it ready for winter and its getting expensive.
