360 cam question
I have a 75 f-100, stock 360. My friend has a high performance/rv cam and lifters for a 352 that he has never used that I can get at good price. Will this cam fit in in the 360 ?
second question. I have never changed a cam, how difficult is it to do? If I remove the radiator and grill can I do it with out removing the engine.

360 cam question
Yes all cams for FE engines (352-360-390-428-427) after '63 are the same.
The cam change is not that hard but you will have to pull the front off the engine (water pump and timing gear cover and any acessories) plus remove the radiator to get enough room for the cam to clear the engine and remove the intake manifold to change the lifters. You should also change the valve springs which can be done without removing the heads but you have to be careful.
