I'm having a problem with mounting the upper brackets. It loops right over that plastic piece over the bumper and connects to the guard. But what do I bolt the upper bracket onto behind the plastic fascia? There is nothing there. So now I've got the bracket on the guard, but just hanging over the fascia, and the guard is only supported by the 4 bolts on the lower bracket.
