"Automatic" locking hubs?
I believe that you have a Np203 t-case which is a full time 4wd. Does your truck even have 2wd?
Those lockouts you believe are automatic are actually always locked, and the noise you hear is more than likely the chain in the case slapping around. Might be time for another chain.
You need to begin with a couple of these . . . . . . . . this way I can read what you are saying, its almost as bad as trying to read something written in all caps. Spelling and grammar I can read around, but punctuation and proper capitalization help alot.

Have a buddy drive your truck, you stand outside of it and listen for the clicking noise. It could be coming from someplace else. I cant help you in your search for parts for your auto locking hubs. Spindle nuts should be available from the parts house, assuming they can find the listing, and a driveline shop.
If the clicking noise is coming from the T-case, it is most likely the chain or the gears, depending on what case you have. I wasn't aware that the 77's had auto hubs on them, learn something new everyday.
If it has auto hubs, (don't know what they are good for other than scrap parts) I would replace them with Warn or Mile Marker locking hubs. Both are fairly easy installs and a great upgrade.
