More Props To Matt
Ok- I know you have heard it around this site many times (the great customer service that Matt and his team at Spartan Diesel have)! As a business owner I know the importance of GREAT customer service and that is exactly what Matt has shown. After speaking with him and having questions about SCT and the tunes he not only followed up in a timely fashion, but did so with multiple calls as I am hard to get ahold of at times. I believe he called 5 times today to further discuss my questions (that is GREAT customer service)! I can't wait to get my SCT and tunes installed.
For others out there, the program for SCT to install the custom tunes will not work with a Mac computer. It will work if you have a newer Mac with the capability to run both Mac OS and Windows.
