Rusting super duty

I just noticed today that my 2000 F350 bed is starting to rust on the back of the wheelwell on the drivers side. Is this a common problem? I dont think I have ever noticed another super duty rusting already. Also does anybody know what the warranty is on the trucks body?

I think the warranty is 5yr/100,000 miles on the body

That is a corrosion perforation warranty. You have to have a hole clean through the panel.
