Interesting.
I got $47,725 by checking every option for the Toyota....
Got $47,570 by checking every option for a Harley F-150....

Priced the King Ranch at over $48,000
(and I don't think the Harley or King Ranch have rebates.....which makes the Toy actually less expensive)
BTW, Got my nicely equipped SR5 Crew Max, 4X4 with 5.7 for $31,000.
(Flat invoice at a Toy dealer in NC.)

You might not want all of the equipment, but it is on the truck nonetheless.

TX/OK editions of the F-150 Screw with the 4.6 (a horribly weak motor in that application) are selling for $20k-$21k. Add $3000-$4000 to get one with the 5.4 (there is a special factory discount with the 4.6 that you loose when you go to the 5.4). Even with the 5.4, performance is only adequate
GM and Chevy work trucks, which are more XL-like, with the 4.8 run $18k-$19k. If you want to move up to an SL (XLT-like) and the 5.3, add another $4000-$5000.
