Starting problems-need help

Here is a problem I have been trying to figure out.It just started about 10 days ago.
I can start it and will idle fine and drive without issue to work. But if I stop it will not start. It will crank and try to fire. But wont start.Sounds like it out of gas when turning over,it fires then imediately dies.
After around 15minutes I can turn it over and it fires up and drive problem free.
The code it threw was P1000.Ant ideas is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You're welcome!

You can't tell if it's bad until you remove it. Get another gasket first, since the old may tear during removal.
Then again, after you remove it, clean it and re-install it, it still may be bad.

They don't cost that much.

I would do a little checking over the entire engine first for:
- Bad connections to injectors and coils
- Vacuum Leaks, especially at the 90 deg elbow on the throttle body.

Just to get that out of the way.
