Mainly not knowing how to drive a standard or bad worn syncros if there were any in that trans.
Nothing really special about it that I know of, just don`t get in a hurry when shifting gears.....

Well in the first flatheads the out rubber gears in the tranny to make them a little more quiet. But the went with metal gears bit more durable.
The also tried this in the mid seventies truckers were complaining of bad headaches.
