look to your left

anyone know what color that truck is and i know red

i mean the exsact color its what i'm looking for was thinking green but no not for me

It looks like the burgandy we had on a 48 ford coupe some 20 years ago. I think the best way to select a color is to take a stroll thru the local auto dealerships. When you find what you like, get the color code and bring it to your paint supplier.

I think that truck belongs to Rod of hot rods trucks. If you call him he would probably tell you what color it is.

When you go to the FTE site without logging in or not a supporter you get the advertisements. That is where the truck shows up.

No need to be sorry , it is a few that can't think of looking to the left "of screen" I think it's funny and that never hurts anybody. After all, we love fun and funny here. We wrestle with forum title mis-cue's all the time, but this one is cool. Now I can't stop looking at the 48 on my (the) left LOL.

PS: that color really looks like my 52 that I painted FORD MID CANYON RED WITH A 15% METALLIC due to the way it seems to reflect the light..

There was a guy here at my place last week with a 51-2 Merc. Done up real nice custom and he had a very similar color to the one on the left your refering to.
Back to the Merc, it was done in what he called a Raspberry Red Metalic with a Mercedes Silver Metalic on the lower part.
Just an absolute picture of perfection, all real leather interior, and the works, if I can get a pic of it I will post it.
