is there any clicking in the cab under the dash, or is it turning over slower than it normally would? If so this would indicate a low battery problem. check all connections(tight, corrosion, etc...) charge batts seperatley with a good batt charger. DO NOT USE STARTING FLUID TO TRY TO GET IT TO FIRE OFF.
that sounds like batteries like Brandon said, but it might be your starter, mine when went out, i had the same problem, it was turning to slow, and than it died just like bad batteries,
just somthing to check,
if you voltage on Bats drops below 11V you bats are weak, replace them,
Unless it was real cold last night (and where you are, I doubt it) the glow plug system is not your problem...When I have those kinds of temperatures, my truck fires immediately...cold in the morning...it doesn't need glow plugs at 89 degrees. I'm betting CPS if your batteries are good.
