In general, with basicly everyone running an FE motor, are the mount supports hard to come by ? I'm thinking about doing one more swap of an FE into my '78 F150 Supercab.
And....Is there any particular C6 that I should look for for use behind a FE??
Truck originally had a 460/C6, now has 302/C4, you guys have got me interested in these FEs, I want to try one.
What displacement is the ultimate?? I know 360s are kind of puny, so 390 may be, 428? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
There is a train load of perches for FEs out there. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a pair. Note if you are planning on running power steering, you will need the left perch from a ps truck. The FE bell has a round top, so a FE C6 is called for.
