2001 f250SD 5.4 electrical problem
Hi, I have a 2001 f250SD 5.4 4WD automatic. My truck won't start with the key anymore. If I turn the key to on and jump the two leads on the starter it will start. That tells me the battery and starter are ok. I did take the starter off and down to be checked, they verified it was ok. I do not hear any clicking trying to start it, no dimming of lights, nothing. I do not have 12 volts at the small wire on the starter when the key is turned to the start position. How do I troubleshoot it? thanks!
