I heard around that you can adjust your fuel pressure. how can the be do and anyone have any pics on where and how i can do this to my 99.5 7.3L?? wanna make smoke and am thinking about ditching my bully dog chip in favor of the DP Tuner that I have heard so many great things about. also any things that might help on making a rebuilt trans last?? putting one in from phoenix hard parts this coming weekend.

Adjust your fuel pressure can be done by installing a little BB into the fuel pressure regulator. Its located by the fuel filter and has a line going into it. I dont have pictures someone should come along with some pictures.

Get rid of that bully puppy, and get a dp tuner. Get a transgo shift kit for it, and rockon.

Here is a good writ-up on shimming your FPR.
http://www.dieselinnovations.com/techfiles/shim_kit_install_instructions.pdf
I've got a buddy in the same boat as you, he made more smoke with the 10K mod.

The shim kit and the gauge kit can be found here: http://www.dieselinnovations.com

Or you can piece either one together locally.

Tranny temp guage to help you prevent it from getting to hot should help you extend the tranny life. Also more tranny cooling probably may help depending on what you already have. I also heard that there are some synthetic tranny fluids that conduct heat better but I haven't identified a specific one yet. Maybe someone else will chime in on this

Would doing the 10k mod and this help black out the sky?? I love blowing smoke in those open windows of those 4 cylinder pretend runniers. Some of my buds have those 4 cly cars built and there quick but, when they have steel wheels in the front and in need of major body work. Also the revving up your stock honda with a coffee can muffler is annoying. Just wanna show them some coal smoke if ya now what i mean.

Yep, your Bully Dog only modifies timing, the 10K modifies fuel.

Your not wrong.

It tricks the computer on the truck to supply a higher pressure to the injectors
effectively giving the fuel a little extra kick into the cylinder.
On a completly stock truck, it should be good for about 30HP and 100 lb/ft of Torque
If you have any chips or tuners, the effect will be slim to none as the ICP is already
being modifed by the chip/tuner in most circumstances.
Some other tinkers have found that the 10k mod does in fact give you a little extra low end
but at a sacrifice to top end power. Every truck is different and you may need to play around
to find exactly what your truck likes. If you dont have Gauges, then I wouldnt stack mods like this
