where it says color on your rating plate on the left door it will have 1 letter on it for a single color, or it will have 2 letters for a two tone model, there is also special codes for special color orders, but it depends on the year model as to what color the letter means. they change over the years. I have the color codes for most years from 48 to 79, hope this helps,

I just realized you mentioned Door Decal, if you mean that sticker in the rear of the left door jam (that would be 70 & newer) i dont think it has color info? but the aluminum tag ( rating plate ) on left door will have that info....
