Help New X3 Problems

I PURCHACED THE NEW X3 FROM MATT AT SPARTAN AND I LOADED THE CANNED PERFORMANCE TUNE IN MY TRUCK, AND I GOT THE LOW MEMORY 1740i AND NOW IT WONT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT FREEZE UP THE PERFORMANCE TUNE IS DEFINITLY ON MY TRUCK,AND THE WORST PROBLEM IS I CANT GET MY TRUCK BACK TO STOCK ANY HELP I TRIED LOADING UP UPDATES AND FIRMWARE FROM SCT'S WEBSITE WITH NO LUCK SAYS "O" DEVICE OR DEVICE NOT CONNECTED LIKE MY PC IS NOT RECOGNIZING MY TUNER IS PLUGGED IN THE FORUM SAYS TO MAKE SURE YOU RETURN YOUR VEHICLE BACK TO STOCK WELL AS I DESCRIBED ABOVE I CANT GET MY X3 TO FLASH MY TRUCK BACK TO STOCK IT DOWNLOADS TO 100% AND THEN JUST FREEZES THERE. I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY STOCK PCM TUNE BECAUSE OF HAVING 81,000mi. HELP HELP PLEASE, MATTS CUSTOM TUNES ARE COLLECTING DUST IN MY E-MAIL, BY THE WAY I HAVE THE SIX-GUN HOOKED UP FOR THE GAUGES AND SET ON STOCK WHERE IT WILL STAY,. THANKSNIN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP.

Call Matt and see if he can help you, but it sounds like SCT is gonna be your next phone call so they can unlock it for you.

i have a edge and a SCT. when i load tunes even if the edge is set to stock i have to keep the edge busy by going to settings and scrolling constatly. the same thing happened and somebody told me to do it and it worked.THE FIRST TIME! let me know if it helps

There is all the info you need on the sct site(fourms).Unplug it at 100% and stock is in.The same happened to me now its sorted.When I unpluged it I was praying for my PCM.But its alll good now.

yeah that too. thats what i had to do until i found out what to do with the scrolling and keeping the edge busy.

I would highly recommend you not stack ANYTHING with the SCT's....

It's counter-productive

and may fool your trucks pcm into doing something it shouldn't...

All Is Well After Calling Sct And The Tech. Walking Me Through The Reprogramming And Updating My X3, I Had To Send Them My Stock Calibration And The Engineers Rewrote It For My X3 As A Recovery File, I Even Downloaded Matts Custom Tunes Wow! My Trucks Trans Is Much Happier And I Can Say M.rivera At Sct Was Of Great Help. Thanks For All The Feedback And For The Record You Do Not Have To Disconnect The Banks Six-gun To Flash Your Trucks Pcm, I Just Leave Mine On "0" Or Stock For The Gauges Now.
