thanks guys today has been a living hell.
the pain in my neck and back got so bad, i had to park the truck at 11am. every bump in the road had me seeing stars.
i have been trying to get comfy all afternoon. i am going to see an acupressure specialist at 6 pm.hopefully he can do something about the red hot icepicks in my neck stabbing at the base of my skull.

If there is anything we can help you with just jingle..Seeing stars is not good at all..The last time I saw them is when I drank last and what a rough week to come out of that..
But all kidding aside my back get so bad at times when I'm driving my F-350 I see stars and that is no fun and we have a lot of bumpy roads up here..

Hey Tom, I have been sort of out of the loop I guess.... didn't know what you were going through. I hope you get well soon.
I had the same thing you have. It turned out to be physical manifestations of a complex of mental disorders. Got it fixed though, just use a slide hammer on the left frontal lobe and you will be fine............ I mean, look at me! Duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks Bruce!!
the doc i went to took some measurements, poked me in the neck, and peeled me off the ceiling.
then he took 2 x-rays, and made a few adjustments.
i feel much better, but he told me tomorrow i will feel like i got run over by a herd of elephants.
there is visible arthritis in the spine on the x-rays, and the problem is a mix of muscular and nerves.
he put me off work till i go back on Wednesday night, then he will have a better idea of what to do.
i am really impressed with this pressure point medicine.
in 30 seconds he made the pain in my shoulders go away, and i went from being able to lift less than 1 lb at arms length to 30 lbs.
this tells him that the rotator cuff damage is nervous, and not muscular like all the rest of the docs have said it was.
so i am also going to follow up with him on the rotator cuffs to get my arms and shoulders back to the point where i can lift more than a baby can.

Stick with the accupressure guy Tom. I got talked into a couple of shoulder surgeries and I'm still suffering from them. Also, I had terrible "tennis elbow" in both arms which the docs couldn't do anything for, but they offered to do surgery. I found an accupuncturist who CURED it. Took about five sessions, but it's been gone for eight years. Also cured my wife's migraines.

for the first time in over a year, i did not have to take a darvocet this morning after getting up to dull the pain in my shoulder.
i am only now starting to stiffen up after being up over 5 hours and doing too much moving around.
i think this new doc is going to be the ticket i have been looking for.
