Strokin again!!
Well after a month of a half with no diesel I have found another one and its sitting in my driveway. A 97 F-250 SC LB XLT 5-speed 4x4 165K in perfect shape for its age nearly no damage at all just two dings on the tailgate where he bumped a gooseneck into it. Its not a Superduty but it just caught my heart, it be 10 years old and in such great shape. The previous owner really took care of it and traded it in for a 08 SC SB, I was shocked when I seen a dealer still had it I walked away with it for 11 out the door. Thanks guys for all the help in convencing me I needed to get another one now

Cool man glad to see you back on the road. I love those older TDIs thats my favorite body style out of any truck ever made. I was originally looking for that truck when i got mine but they are very hard to find with a crew cab 4x4 without a million miles on them. The rating on those trucks is a little funny, i cant remember but something like they can carry and pull more than a standard 3/4 ton truck. The only thing they dont have thats nice is disc brakes in the rear and ABS.
