Bumper Cover,

Ok here is a good one, could not find anything on it so maybe some one can help. I have an 03 Excursion, XLT 2wd, 6.8L etc etc. etc. I am looking to dress out the front completely black as my truck is black. Is there anyway to cover the bumper or purchase the bumper with a plastic shroud to give it that look, I know some of the new models have the plastic covered bumper, Any thoughts.?

Have u looked on ebay for used painted black bumpers. there pretty cheap.
