Where were the 2003 5.4L in F-150's built?
I know they have different valve cover bolt patterns is there anything else that would keep me from swapping them from one to another?

The flywheel is also different. One has six bolts and the other has 8. Just be sure you get the flywheel with the new motor. There are also some valve train differences but I'm not sure what. You should be fine though. Good Luck...
