Extended brake lines get them now!! don't wait and try to reuse the stock ones!! Get braided stainless they will flex less under hard braking which could save your life!! You have bigger tires, taller truck you should have stronger brakes. empty the brake resovoir first then refill with fresh fluid, before bleeding that way fresh fluid is through out the system!

If you insist on using blocks (ugh...), whatever you do, DO NOT STACK THEM!!

One big thing with the stainless steel lines, is that alot, and I mean alot of them are not DOT approved, and for a reason. What happens with them, especially with offroad trucks and the like, is road grit gets into the braids of the ss, and wears away at the inner lining and makes short work of eating through them. The DOT approved ones are usually expensive, but its been a while since I looked at them.

Question: You have 6" blocks? IF so, just a warning, these will cause a LOT of axle wrap. I have 3" blocks and hate them(b/c of the axle wrap). Unless you plan on installing traction bars, it might be a good idea to try somthing else(add a leafs and shackle flip).

You'll need a drop pitman arm or adjustable drag link(most people prefer the drag link.
You have the extended brake lines.
Front springs... Either skyjacker or custom(I personally don't care for some of the other companys spring quality).
Shocks: Skyjacker or Rancho for a affordable quality shock. Doesn't need the be a RS900 either, the 5000s would do the trick.
Gears: Do you plan on regearing?
TIres: Curious, what size, and what will you use your truck for?

he would not need a 6" block if he is running a 6" suspension. the rear will always be a few inches shy of the front. he would need a 4" block.

so just the adjustable drag link or pitman arm, the front leafs, and shocks is there anything else i need?? I have the bolt kit, blocks, and brakelines. going to re-gear a little later and and going to use 36" tires. trying to do this cheaper than the 1,200 kit ;-)

Do you have new pivot bushings? What about a good set of radius arm bushings? While you have it tore apart, make sure to check out all your ball joints, and u joints in the front end.

I was thinking about new bushings, but he doesn't have radius arms (F250).

I order to not do stacked blocks he would need something right around 6-7" for a perfect level truck(but a slightly higher rear is always a better thing, so he'd need even more if he got rid of the stock blocks).
