Grill swap question...

I have a grill that i have been trying to get rid of...

I live in the Dallas area and found a guy that is willing to trade me straight up for a 2003 lariat grill. Is that a good deal for me or am i getting robbed?

A chrome factory Ford grille is around $200. You can buy billet ones on eBay for around $100.

are there instructions somewhere on how to remove the grill? I tend to break things.....

If you look behind the grille you will see some clips that hold it on and then screws across the top. Really pretty easy to remove.
