Anyone using them? Where did you mount your compressor?

I had a set on an 04 F-150. They worked great, I was very happy with them. I didn't use an on-board compressor.

I've mounted the compressor just behind the drivers front wheel well on the side of the frame. Theres a bit of a cavity in there that protects them from road grime pretty well.

I didn't know how weather proof the compressor is and the instructions aren't clear on mounting locations.

they seem to do ok, I usually try to place them out of the blast of road grime, or make a shield for them.

I placed the compressor behind the right rear seat of my '05 CC, ran the air line to the controller under the dash and through the firewall gromet to the bags. The system works great.
