Deleting Wiper Module??'s
I have an '84 F150 and the intermitten module is out. I searched the topics and only found how to upgrade to intermitten. My question is can you unplug the module harness and just put a regular wiper switch in it's place? I looked at a swich at the parts store and it looks like it won't plug in. Looked like one terminal was canted more than one on the switch. They wouldn't let me take it home to see if it would plug in as I assured them that I would not put any juice through it, just wanted to see if it plugged in but no dice.
Just want hi- lo- washer. I don't use this truck much and don't need the intermitten option. Thanks!

In short, yes. You need to remove the intermitent wiper switch and control box. Plug the vehicle wiring harness into a standard switch and it will work just fine. I think I even have a switch hanging around if you need it.

Thanks! For the offer also. I will just get a non-intermitten switch and then plug it in where the black connector was on the module box from the pu wiring harness. I think this is what you were saying? I have the module out of the pu so I can just plug the new switch in where the module used to be on the black connector. I think I have confused me and you probably. I am not the best at typing what I want to say. I think I have it correct any ways, I hope.
