Rear end clunk.

Rear end clunk.
I know this was probaly covered B4 but my dealer told me that the rear end clunk when putting my 05 4x4 6.0 Ex is normal. I had the same problem in my 02 gas Ex and it was repaired but as I get older my memory is going and I forgot how the dealer fixed it.
Any ideas? It's still under warranty with 14K miles.
